Free intro call
Twenty minutes on your printer, your slicer and what keeps failing.
Failed prints have a small number of causes and a photograph usually names the culprit. Guessing at settings from forum threads is what turns one bad print into a week of them.
Everything is worked on your printer, your filament and the prints that went wrong this week.
First layer, adhesion, stringing and warping — the short list of causes behind nearly every failure.
See the programProfiles, walls, infill and supports: knowing what each setting does instead of copying someone's file.
See the programSketching, dimensions and tolerances in free CAD, so you can print the bracket that doesn't exist online.
See the programPLA, PETG, ABS and resin — where each belongs, how to store them, and finishing that looks deliberate.

Zelorai sells no printers, filament or upgrades and takes nothing from any manufacturer. Most people need better calibration far more than a new machine, and that advice is hard to give when a shop is paying for it.
We also stay away from two things: modifications that disable thermal runaway protection or other safety features, and anything involving mains wiring. Resin and ABS get honest treatment on ventilation, gloves and disposal rather than a shrug.
We'll give you an honest recommendation for your budget and earn nothing from it. If you already own something decent, the answer is usually to calibrate it.
Almost always bed level, nozzle height or surface prep, in that order. Send a photo of the layer and we'll tell you which.
Yes, including the parts people skip: ventilation, gloves, washing, curing and disposing of uncured resin properly.
We can diagnose and talk you through routine maintenance. We don't service machines, and we won't advise on mains wiring or on removing safety protections.
Often, but check the license on any model you didn't design and respect patents and trademarks. Designing your own avoids most of it, which is what the CAD program is for.
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
