How we work
Photograph, diagnose, change one thing
Nearly every failure leaves a signature. A rough first layer, a warped corner, a stringy tower and a collapsed overhang each point to a small set of causes, and a photo narrows it in seconds.
The trouble is that people change five settings at once out of frustration, which destroys the evidence. Calibrating in order — machine, temperature, flow, retraction — is slower for a week and faster forever after.
Once prints finish reliably, the interesting part starts: designing parts that don't exist yet, with tolerances that fit on the first try.
